In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to tah77 is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is consistent with Philippine law governing participation in casino-style gaming activities. By creating a tah77 account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. tah77 reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification documents at any point to verify a Player's age, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Player is found to be below the required age.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. tah77 is primarily designed and operated for players in the Republic of the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing or using tah77 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are playing. tah77 does not represent or warrant that the platform is legally accessible in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To create a tah77 account, you must provide a valid and unique email address, a Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. All information provided at the time of registration and at any subsequent update must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of this Agreement.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) tah77 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the purpose. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tah77 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, confiscate any remaining balance derived from bonus funds, and permanently suspend or close all related accounts.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tah77 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify tah77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. tah77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials.

3.2 Account Verification. tah77 may require Players to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restrictions.

3.3 Account Currency. All tah77 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso unless an alternative arrangement is explicitly agreed to in writing by tah77.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. tah77 may, at its discretion, apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, not to exceed ₱50 per month, after providing the Player with prior written notice to their registered email address. The Player remains entitled to withdraw any remaining balance at any time by contacting tah77 support.

4.1 Deposit Methods. tah77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. tah77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, payment service providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which tah77 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to a Player's tah77 wallet within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating financial institution. tah77 does not guarantee specific deposit processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players whose accounts are in good standing, have completed any applicable verification requirements, and whose withdrawal amount consists solely of real-money funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering conditions have been fully satisfied.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Standard withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers typically process within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawal requests exceeding ₱100,000 may be subject to additional verification steps, which may extend processing time. tah77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions.

4.5 Own Name Requirement. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own legal name. tah77 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Where a mismatch is identified between the account holder's name and the payment method owner's name, tah77 reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal pending investigation and, where fraud is suspected, to permanently close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by tah77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. tah77 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or mathematically exploitative wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, tah77 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel all pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and close the Player's account without prior notice.

5.4 Modification of Promotions. tah77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already legitimately claimed and subject to active wagering by Players at the time of modification.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on tah77 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined at the point of play and are not subject to manipulation by tah77, the Player, or any third party.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, disconnection, game malfunction, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, tah77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game shall not be considered valid and may be withheld pending investigation.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on tah77 has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are clearly displayed within the game interface. Players are solely responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers. tah77 is not obligated to honour bets placed in excess of published maximum stake limits.

6.4 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant as governed by the live dealer studio provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, WM Casino). In the event of a conflict between studio-level game rules and tah77 platform rules, studio-level rules for that specific game shall prevail regarding game outcomes, while tah77 platform rules govern account management, withdrawals, and bonuses.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tah77. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using tah77 while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Creating or operating more than one tah77 account simultaneously or at different times.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated tools to influence game outcomes, circumvent security systems, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, tah77 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the tah77 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or from third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to tah77's systems, databases, or game source code.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward tah77 staff, support agents, or other Players through any channel.
• Misrepresenting one's identity, nationality, age, or any material fact during registration or account verification processes.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing discrepancies without first reporting them to tah77 support. Any winnings derived from an identified error are not valid and will be voided.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the tah77 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and any other proprietary materials ("Content"), are owned by or licensed to tah77 and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. tah77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any Content without the express prior written consent of tah77.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games available on tah77 may be developed and operated by third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in third-party game content remain vested in the respective providers. tah77 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content and operates such games pursuant to licensing agreements with the relevant providers.

9.1 Service Availability. tah77 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or factors outside tah77's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tah77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the platform, even if tah77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Gaming Losses. tah77 accepts no liability for any monetary or other losses incurred by Players as a result of gameplay on the platform. All games involve risk and Players participate at their own discretion. tah77 encourages all Players to set and adhere to personal spending limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, tah77's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tah77 wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

tah77's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the tah77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the tah77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

tah77 complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is collected for the purpose of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with regulatory obligations. tah77 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

11.1 Player Commitment. tah77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment. Players are encouraged to treat all funds wagered on tah77 as the cost of entertainment, to set strict personal limits before each session, and to never wager amounts they cannot afford to lose.

11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. Every tah77 account provides access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at no charge and effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a pre-set session duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders at regular intervals showing session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from tah77 for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed same-day and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

12.1 Termination by Player. Any Player may close their tah77 account at any time by contacting tah77 customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Player's wallet (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

12.2 Suspension by tah77. tah77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of any provision of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false information during registration or verification; abuse of promotions or bonus terms; or any behaviour that tah77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or tah77's legitimate business interests.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, tah77 may, at its discretion, void any outstanding bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawal requests pending investigation, and retain real-money deposits where legally permitted pursuant to applicable anti-fraud or anti-money laundering obligations. tah77 will communicate the reasons for termination to the Player where legally permissible.

tah77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tah77 will notify Players by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address. The updated Terms & Conditions will indicate the revised effective date at the top of the document.

Continued use of the tah77 platform following the posting of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of those changes. If a Player does not agree with any modification, they should immediately cease using the platform and contact tah77 support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance return.

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and tah77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through tah77's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days through such informal means, the parties agree to submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, to dispute resolution processes available under PAGCOR regulations.

14.3 Language. This Agreement has been prepared in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail.
